Refund policy
If a course is not right for you, contact us within 7 days of buying it and we will refund you in full, as long as you have watched less than 25% of the lessons.
How refunds are paid
- EVC Plus, Zaad or Sahal — sent back to the same mobile number, usually within 48 hours.
- Card — returned to the same card in 5 to 10 working days.
- PayPal — returned to the same PayPal account.
Books and PDF templates cannot be refunded once the file has been downloaded.
